REQUIREMENTS
to move forward:
- Been in the business for at least 2 years? That’s what we’re looking for.
- Running a small business or a private company? You’re in the right place. (Sole traders – this isn’t your category.)
- Based in Italy? Essential.
- Have majority ownership or significant stake in the business? Crucial.
- Proud of at least 80% ‘Made in Italy’ in your collection? Excellent.
- If you’re in RTW or accessories (jewelry, bags, and shoes only), you’re on the right track. Bridal or children’s ranges? Not this time.
- Commit to presenting at Milan Fashion Week for the next three seasons if chosen as a beneficiary.
- Don’t hold back: you can apply up to 5 times. And you might even receive the grant up to 3 times.
BE PREPARED
ensure you have:
- A bio of you/your team (minimum 200 words).
- Updated headshot of you/your team.
- Your latest business registration.
- Recent lookbooks (last two collections) in PDF.
- Your latest press review, also in PDF.
- Videos of your two latest collections, if available.
- Detailed financials, including summaries and cash flow (use the spreadsheet here).
- Two years’ worth of year-end financials.
- A solid plan of how you’d use the funds within a year of getting them (at least 500 words, please).
Incomplete or off-mark applications won’t be considered.
